Abstract

Hrvatska pošta d.d. je tvrtka koja se bavi pružanjem poštanskih usluga na području Republike Hrvatske. Sredinom 19. stoljeća Hrvatska je dobila prvu nacionalnu poštansku upravu sa sjedištem u Zagrebu. Od tada do danas Hrvatska pošta d.d. se modernizirala i trenutno ima devet sortirnica na području Republike Hrvatske uključujući i poštansko logistički centar u Velikoj Gorici izgrađen 2019. godine. Unutar poštansko logističkog centra primjenjuju se napredne tehnologije koje omogućavaju... More učinkovitiju razradu i sortiranje pošiljaka i povećavaju kvalitetu obavljanja poštanske usluge. Šest suvremenih strojeva daju mogućnost besprijekornog obavljanja logističkih i poštanskih usluga. Uz takvu tehnologiju procesi unutar poštansko logističkog centra su olakšani. Osim toga, raspored strojeva, odjela, prostorija te mjesta prijama i otpreme smješten je tako da se pošiljke što prije zaprime, šalju na obradu i pripreme za otpremu. Svaki odjel obavlja zadatke, ali je isto tako povezan sa svim odjelima te tako tvore kompletno složen sustav koji je potreban da bi se pravilno obavile poštanske usluge. Less

Abstract (english)

Hrvatska pošta d.d. is a company that provides postal services in the Republic of Croatia. In the middle of the 19th century, Croatia received first national postal administration based in Zagreb. Since then, Hrvatska pošta d.d. has been modernized and currently has nine sorting center in the Republic of Croatia, including the postal logistics center in Velika Gorica, built in 2019. Within the postal logistics center are applied advanced technology which allow for efficient... More eleboration and sort shipments and increase the quality of postal service. Six modern machines provide the possibility flawless performance of logistics and postal services. Due to such technology, the processes within the postal logistics center are facilitated. Besides, the layout of machines, departments, premises and places of receipt and dispatch is located so that shipments are received, sent for processing and prepared for shipment as soon as possible.
