Abstract

U radu su prikazani i komparirani procesi sortiranja paketnih pošiljaka na primjeru iz prakse. Definirani su osnovni pojmovi i značajke skladišnih sustava uz opis i karakteristike skladišne opreme. Komparativnom analizom procesa sortiranja paketnih pošiljaka definirani su pokazatelji radnog učinka. Cilj istraživanja je kroz analizu prethodnog i postojećeg stanja skladišne opreme na primjeru iz prakse prikazati učinkovitosti radnih performansi. Kroz analizu troškova i planova unaprjeđenja prikazat će se očekivani učinci te pravac budućeg razvitka.

Abstract (english)

In this paper the processes of sorting parcels is presented and compared on an example from practice. The basic concepts and characteristics of warehouse systems are defined with a description and characteristics of warehouse equipment. Comparative analysis of the process of sorting parcels defines performance indicators. The main goal of the research is to show the efficiency of work performance through the analysis of the previous and existing conditions of storage equipment on the example from practice. Through the analysis of costs and improvement plans, the expected effects and the direction of future development will be presented.
