Abstract

Cilj ovog završnog rada i opisanih postupaka u njemu je pravilno pristupanje procjeni i naknadi visine štete, kao i izbjegavanje mogućih prevara i podmetanja u svrhu ostvarivanja materijalne dobiti. U svrhu boljeg razumijevanja samog principa rada vozila ukratko su objašnjeni dijelovi i sklopovi osobnih vozila, te dinamički čimbenici koji utječu na način kretanja vozila. Opisani su utjecaji tržišne vrijednosti, stanja vozila, primjena nauke i tehnike, stručnog znanja i vještina. Uloga procjenitelja je da svoje znanstveno-stručno znanje na predmetu procjene visine štete i utvrđivanju vrijednosti vozila obavlja po pravilima struke, u skladu sa svojim vještinama jer tehnički dijelovi procjene ne mogu biti pravno normirani. Prijedlozima poboljšanja postiže se veća točnost prilikom procjene visine štete. U radu su korištene kvalitativne metode istraživanja kako bi se došlo do što točnijih podataka prilikom obrade teme.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this final paper and the procedures described in it is to properly approach the assessment and compensation of the amount of damage, as well as to avoid possible fraud for the purpose of material gain. In order to better understand the principle of operation of the vehicle, the parts and assemblies of personal vehicles are briefly explained, as well as the dynamic factors that affect the way the vehicle moves. The influences of market value, condition of vehicles, application of science and technology, professional knowledge and skills are also described in this paper. The role of the assessor is to perform his scientific and professional knowledge on the subject of damage assessment and determining the value of the vehicle according to the rules of the profession, in accordance with his skills because the technical parts of the assessment cannot be legally regulated. With the proposed improvements, we achieve greater accuracy when estimating the amount of damage. The paper uses qualitative research methods in order to obtain as accurate data as possible when processing the topic.
