Abstract

Kako bi se zračni promet sigurno odvijao, potrebno je pružiti širok spektar zaštitnih mjera. S obzirom na porast nezakonitih ometanja poput otmica zrakoplova i terorističkih činova usmjerenih prema infrastrukturi zračnog prometa, svjetske vlade na čelu s Međunarodnom organizacijom civilnog zrakoplovstva (ICAO - International Civil Aviation Organisation) moraju provoditi i unaprjeđivati zaštitne mjere u zračnom prometu. Kako se tehnologija iz dana u dan razvija tako se i zaštitne mjere upravo uz pomoć tehnologije razvijaju pokušavajući zračni promet učiniti sigurnijim nego što je bio u prošlosti. U radu je dan pregled dijela nezakonitog ometanja od najvećeg utjecaja na evoluciju zaštitnih mjera u zračnom prometu kao i pregled recentnih mjera zaštite civilnog zračnog prometa te je analiziran utjecaj tih mjera na tehnološke postupke prihvata i otpreme putnika i prtljage. Opisane su preventivne institucionalne mjere zaštite zračnog prometu u Republici Hrvatskoj te su procijenjene očekivane buduće aktivnosti na području zaštite zračnog prometa.

Abstract (english)

It is necessary to provide a wide range of security measures in order for the traffic to continue functioning safely. Considering the increase in the number of illegal interferences such as hijacking and terrorist acts aimed against the infrastructure of air traffic, governments all around the world led by the International Civil Aviation Organisation must implement and improve security measures in air traffic. Technology is becoming more advanced every day and security measures are improving with the help of that technology, which is leading to a safer air traffic than it used to be in the past. In the paper, an overview of particular unlawful interferences, which present the biggest influence on the evolution of security measures in air traffic and a review of recent security measures for civil air traffic is made. Furthermore, there will be a break-down and an analysis of the influence of recent civil air traffic security measures on technological procedures of passenger and luggage arrival and departure. Following that, preventive institutional air traffic security measures in the Republic of Croatia are presented and expected future activities in the field of air traffic security are estimated.
