Abstract

Određivanje prijevoznih ruta predstavlja jedan od mnogih zadataka s kojima se svakodnevno suočavaju brojni prijevoznici. Zbog važnosti i kompleksnosti problema razvijene su razne intuitivne i matematičke metode i programski alati za određivanje prijevoznih ruta. Te metode i alati najčešće određuju rute po kriterijima udaljenosti, vremena i troškova prijevoza, no zanemaruju mogući utjecaj drugih prijevoznika i sudionika prometnog sustava na korisnika. Veći broj korisnika istog prometnog sustava stvara zagušenje na pojedinim dijelovima sustava. Zagušenje se može razmatrati kao konfliktna situacija između korisnika sustava u kojoj zadržavanje korisnika jednog dijela sustava ovisi o broju korisnika tog istog dijela sustava, a takvim tipom konfliktnih situacija se bavi grana teorije igara pod nazivom igre zagušenja. U radu će biti prikazan način korištenja koncepta igara zagušenja u svrhu određivanja optimalnih prijevoznih ruta.

Abstract (english)

Determining transportation routes is one of many tasks that many carriers face on a daily basis. Due to the importance and complexity of the problem, various intuitive and mathematical methods and software tools have been developed to determine transportation routes. These methods and tools most often determine routes based on the criteria of distance, time and cost of transportation, but neglect the possible influence of other carriers and transport system participants on the user. Multiple users of the same traffic system create congestion on certain parts of the system. Congestion can be seen as a conflicting situation between system users where the delay of users of one part of the system depends on the number of users of that same part of the system, and this type of conflict situation is addressed by a branch of game theory called congestion games. This thesis will outline how to use the congestion game concept to determine optimal transportation routes.
