Abstract

Iako je zračni promet statistički najsigurniji oblik prijevoza, zbog mnogih čimbenika i uzročnika može doći do katastrofalnih posljedica čime se narušava sigurnost. Prema statističkim podacima, ljudski čimbenik je daleko najrasprostranjeniji uzrok nesreća i nezgoda u zračnom prometu. Drugi izvori ljudskih čimbenika, uključujući održavanje, otpremu i kontrolu leta, čine još jedan značajan udio takvih nesreća. Kako bi se spriječio nastanak sličnih neželjenih događaja u budućnosti, formirana su specijalna tijela koja se bave istraživanjem i izvješćivanjem o tim nesrećama. Ako se ljudski čimbenik koji utječe na sigurnost u zračnom prometu ne otkrije, on može uzrokovati događaje koji ugrožavaju sigurnost, ozljede radnika, ili u najgorem slučaju može uzrokovati nesreću sa smrtnim posljedicama. Kako bi se ljudski čimbenik kao glavni uzrok zrakoplovnih nesreća smanjio, a sigurnost povećala, uvode se mnoge razvojne metode te nova i stroža pravila. Cilj istraživanja nesreća i nezgoda je sprječavanje nesreća i nezgoda, a ne dodjeljivanje krivnje.

Abstract (english)

Although, air transport is statistically the safest form of transport, many factors and causes can lead to catastrophic consequences, which disrupts safety. According to statistical data human error is, by far, the most pervasive cause of accidents and incident in air transportation. Other sources of human error, including maintenance, dispatch and air traffic control, make another significant proportion of such accidents. In order to prevent the occurrence of similar adverse events in the future, special bodies have been set up to investigate and report on those incidents. If human errors are not detected, they can cause events, worker injuries, and even accidents which causes death. In order to prevent the further occurrence of accidents caused by human factor, stricter rules and measures are introduced as corrective factors in order to reduce the number of accidents. The purpose of accident and incident investigation is to prevent accidents and incidents, and not to assigne guilt.
