Abstract

Razvoj gradova je neophodan kako bi se zadovoljile sve potrebe njihovih građana i društva općenito. S razvojem gradova, prometnoj mreži grada potrebna su sve bolja rješenja za povezivanje udaljenih dijelova grada. Jedno od tih rješenja su gradske autoceste. One su s ostatkom prometne mreže gradskog područja povezane ulaznim i izlaznim rampama. Za vrijeme vršnog opterećenja, koje nastaje tijekom dnevnih migracija ljudi, dolazi do zagušenja u cijelom prometnom sustavu gradskog područja. S obzirom... More na to da prostora za proširenje i izgradnju nove prometne infrastrukture često nema, nedostatak kapaciteta moguće je riješiti pametnim upravljanjem. U ovome završnom radu opisane su, analizirane i uspoređene tri metode upravljanja odljevnim tokom gradske autoceste, kojim je važno upravljati da se zagušenja ne prenesu s lokalne gradske prometne mreže na prometnicu visoke propusne moći odnosno gradsku autocestu. Simulacije ovih metoda izvedene su u simulacijskom okruženju programskih paketa PTV VISSIM-a i MATLAB-a. Rezultati simulacija pokazuju da se već primjenom ustaljene prometne signalizacije može ostvariti dobro upravljanje, a još bolje primjenom ALINEA algoritma upravljanja prometnim tokom, te tako riješiti zagušenja prilagodbom prometnoj potražnji u stvarnome vremenu. Abstract (english)

Urban development is necessary to meet all the needs of their citizens and society in general. With urban development, the city's transport network needs better solutions to connect remote parts of the city. One of these solutions are urban motorways. Urban motorways are connected with the rest of the city's transportation network by on-ramps and off-ramps. During the daily migration of people, specifically at rush hour, congestion is being created in the urban transport network. Given that... More there is no room to expand or build new transport infrastructure, the lack of capacity can be addressed through adaptive traffic control. In this final paper, three methods of traffic management are described, analyzed and compared so congestions could be prevented from transferring from transport network to urban motorway. Simulations of these methods were performed in the simulation environment of the PTV VISSIM and MATLAB software package. The simulation results show that by using fixed traffic signaling, good traffic management can be achieved. But even better results can be achieved by the ALINEA traffic flow management algorithm, because of its ability to adapt to real-time traffic demands. Less
