Mogućnosti razvoja logističkih usluga mogu se promatrati sa više aspekata. Jedan od bitnih čimbenika razvoja iste je kontinuirano praćenje logističkog tržišta i potreba klijenata. Pristup prema klijentima je bitan kao i prilagođavanje njihovim zahtjevima kroz njihovo poslovanje. The possibilities of developing logistics services can be viewed from several aspects. One of the key development factors is the continuous monitoring of the logistics market and customer needs. Approach to clients is essential as well as adapting to their requirements through their business. In addition to customer orientated approach, logistics companies should ensure that every part of the logistics chain functions well to ensure the delivery quality of the service to the end recipient is...
