Abstract

Cilj očevida je prikupljanje svih podataka o događaju o kojima treba raspravljati, a do kojih se može doći na mjestu nesreće, to uključuje tragove, materijalne posljedice događaja i okolnosti pod kojima se događaj odigrao. Primjenom suvremenih tehnoloških rješenja i metoda, te implementacijom novih, povećava se operativna učinkovitost policijskih službenika na terenu i u postaji, dok se s druge strane osigurava brže, jednostavnije i preciznije lociranje i procesuiranje onih sudionika u prometu... More koji svojim ponašanjem krše prometne propise i ugrožavaju sigurnost cestovnog prometa, koristeći se pri tomu suvremenim tehnologijama i metodama (mjerenja mjesta događaja pomoću geodetskih uređaja, izrada situacijskih planova pomoću računalnih programa) u svrhu preciznosti, objektivnosti i efikasnosti svoga postupanja. Abstract (english)

The aim of the investigation is to gather all the information about the event, so it can be discussed, which can be reached at the scene, it includes traces, material consequences of the event and the circumstances under which the event occurred. By applying modern technological solutions and methods, and by implementing new ones, increases the operational efficiency of police officers on the field and in the station, while on the other hand it ensures faster, simpler and more precise... More locating and processing of those traffic participants who, by their behavior, violate traffic regulations and endanger road traffic safety, using modern technologies and methods (measuring event locations using geodetic devices, creating situational plans using computer programs) for the sake of precision, objectivity and efficiency of their operation.
