Abstract

Komunikacija predstavlja razmjenu informacija unaprijed dogovorenim sistemom znakova na određenom jeziku. Kao takva, bitna je za pravilno funkcioniranje nekog poduzeća i neophodna za optimalan rad u današnjem svijetu. Poduzeća se često oslanjaju na sustave govorne komunikacije u vlasništvu drugih poduzeća za koje plaćaju novčanu naknadu kako bi ih unajmili i koristili. Time je osigurana pouzdanost cijelog sustava te nije potrebno imati tim ljudi koji će ga održavati. Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se sustavom govorne komunikacije za poduzeća koja žele posjedovati vlastiti sustav. Time je osigurano da informacije ne izlaze van poduzeća čime se povećava sigurnost komunikacije i samog poslovanja. Sustav se bazira na tehnologiji IP telefonije. U radu je navedena arhitektura sustava kakvu je potrebno implementirati u postojeći sustav kako bi navedena komunikacija bila moguća. Arhitektura je testirana na fizičkim uređajima te je analizirana njena funkcionalnost.

Abstract (english)

Communication is the exchange of information by a pre-arranged sign language system. As such, it is essential for the proper functioning of an enterprise and necessary for optimum work in today's world. Enterprises often rely on voice communications systems owned by other companies for which they pay a monetary allowance for hiring and using them. This ensures the reliability of the whole system and there is no need for a team of people to maintain it. This graduate thesis deals with a voice communication system for companies that want to own their own system. This ensures that the information does not go outside the enterprise, which increases the security of communication and the business itself. The system is based on IP telephony technology. The paper describes the architecture of the system that needs to be implemented in the existing system to enable this communication to be possible. The architecture was tested on physical devices and its functionality was analyzed.
