Abstract

Analiza kriterija za određivanje količine zaliha se sastoji od sljedećih kriterija: opseg proizvodnje i isporuke, broj skladišta u distributivnoj mreži, uvjeti skladištenja i stručnost skladišnog osoblja, uvjeti transporta, uvjeti na domaćem i stranom tržištu, učestalost naručivanja, karakteristike robe, kamatna stopa za kreditiranje obrtnih sredstava i porezna opterećenja zaliha robe. Kriteriji su u mnogo pogleda usko vezani te zadovoljavanje jednog kriterija može sa sobom uvjetovati zadovoljavanje drugih, primjerice skladištenje i karakteristike robe. Karakteristike robe su najvažniji kriterij jer one uvjetuju način skladištenja, transporta i drugih kriterija. Ostali kriteriji se nadovezuju u procesu osiguranja kontinuirane proizvodnje i prodaje. Analizom kriterija i primjerima istih iz prakse dat je uvid u njihovu važnost i izvučeni su zaključci.

Abstract (english)

Criteria of inventory management analysis is comprised of the following criteria: extent of production and delivery, number of warehouses in the distribution network, storage conditions and the expertise of warehouse personnel, transport conditions, conditions in the domestic and foreign markets, frequency of ordering, characteristics of the goods, interest rate for lending working capital and tax burdens stock. The criteria are in many ways closely linked, and satisfaction of one criterion can condition the satisfaction of others, such as storage and characteristics of the goods. Characteristics of the goods are the most important criterion because they condition the way of storage, transport and other criteria. Other criteria are closely linked to the process of ensuring continuous production and sales. The analysis of criteria and their examples from practice give insight into their significance and conclusions are drawn.
