Abstract

Primarna svrha analize sigurnosti prometnica na cestovnoj infrastrukturi podrazumijeva ocjenu u kojoj mjeri cestovna infrastruktura doprinosi cjelokupnoj razini rizika relevantnoj za vozača i putnike u osobnom automobilu, pješake, bicikliste i motocikliste na cestama u urbanim i ruralnim područjima. Osnovna svrha diplomskog rada je analizirati postupke procjene sigurnosti postojećih prometnica, prognozirati utjecaj infrastrukturnih elemenata na sigurnost prometa te dati primjer provođenja takvog postupka. Cilj diplomskog rada je analizirati i sintetizirati postupke analize sigurnosti prometnica na cestovnoj infrastrukturi te provesti analizu sigurnosti na jednoj dionici odabrane ceste.

Abstract (english)

The primary objective of the road safety analisys on the road infrastructure implies the evaluation of to what extent road infrastructure contributes to the risk level relevant to the driver and the passengers in a personal automobile, pedestrians, bicyclists and motocyclists on the roads in urban and rural areas. The primary purpose of this graduate thesis is to analyze the road safety assessment procedures, to forecast the impact of infrastructure elements on traffic safety and to give an example of one of those procedures. The goal of this graduate thesis is to analyze and synthesize the procedures of road safety analysis on road infrastructure and to do an analysis on one road section of the selected road.
