Abstract

Carinjene robe kao takve je dosta kompleksno i zahtjeva pridržavanje pravila i zakona.
Postankom Republike Hrvatske punoprvnom članicom Europske unije dogodile su se mnoge promjene u Carinskom sustavu. Sam postupak carinjena se bitno pojednostavio jer korištenjem NCTS sustava (New ComputerisedTransitSystem - Novi kompjuterizirani provozni sustav) posao prijevoza kao i carinjenja opreme je postao puno lakši i brzi. Više nije potrebno koristiti papirnatu dokumentaciju već se sve obavlja putem interneta. S obzirom na navedeno, prikazan je Carinski sustav prilagodbe tijekom i nakon ulaska Hrvatske u Europsku uniju.

Abstract (english)

Customs clearance of goods as such, is quite complex and requires compliance with laws and regulations. Having become the Croatian member of the EU, there have been many changes in the Customs system. The procedure cleared for significantly simplified because using the NCTS System (New Computerised Transit System) business transportation and customs clearance of equipment has become much easier and faster. It is no longer necessary to use paper documentation but everything is done over the Internet. Given the above, shows the customs system adjustments during and after the Croatian accession to the European Union.
