Abstract

Zahvaljujući razvoju tehnologija, u današnje vrijeme je pristup raznim informacijama vrlo jednostavan. Za prometni sustav vrlo je bitno informiranje putnika, koje može biti prije ili tijekom putovanja. Na temelju dobivenih informacija, korisnici mogu planirati svoje putovanje ili se adaptirati na trenutnu situaciju u prometu. Kvalitetne informacije mogu smanjiti zagušenja u prometu, što utječe na smanjenje potrošnje goriva te onešićenja okoliša. Smanjuju vrijeme i duljine putovanja, a sve je to bitno za putnike i vozače. U ovom radu prikazani su glavni elementi koji utječu na kvalitetu usluge predputnog informiranja. Analizom tih pokazatelja provedena je kontrola kvalitete ITS usluge predputnog informiranja kojom se dobiva stvarna slika, odnosno zadovoljstvo korisnika tom uslugom u Republici Hrvatskoj. Uspoređeni su primjeri informiranja u Europi te Republici Hrvatskoj.

Abstract (english)

Thanks to technology development, today, access to various information is simple. Traveller information, which can be before or on the trip, has a very important role in traffic system. Based on obtained information, traffic system users can plan their trips or adapt to the current traffic situation. Quality information can reduce traffic congestions, which also reduces fuel consumption and environmental pollution. They also reduce travel time and length, and all of this is very important to travelers and drivers. The main elements that affect the quality of the pre-trip information are shown in this paper. The analysis of these indicators in the thesis carried out quality control of ITS service pre-trip information that it gets a realistic picture, and customer satisfaction with service travel information in public transport in the Republic of Croatia.
