Abstract

U ovom ćemo radu izložiti statistička izvješća za nadgradnju teretnih cestovnih vozila u Republici Hrvatskoj i objasniti analizu na temelju njihovog godišnjeg učinka.
Može se zaključiti da je sam postupak nadogradnje i ispitivanja vozila nedovoljno dobro definiran, te poprilično manjkav, mnogi procesi unutar postupka ispitivanja vozila nisu definirani te postoji veliki problem u komunikaciji između nadležnih institucija i osoba koje provode nadogradnje vozila, zbog neshvaćanja samog procesa... More nadogradnje i ispitivanja vozila. Prema tome, obradit ćemo procese nadogradnje vozila, kao i poboljšanja samih procedura nadležnih institucija. Na žalost, ostalo je još dosta nerazjašnjenih pitanja, budući da je sam proces vrlo kompleksan, a zakonske odredbe i pravilnici ne daju odgovarajuće informacije, te se mnoge odredbe mogu različito tumačiti. Abstract (english)

In this paper we expose the statistical reports for the upgrade of freight road vehicles in Croatia and explain the analysis on the basis of their annual performance.
It can be concluded that the very process of building and testing vehicles sufficiently well defined, and quite flawed, many processes within the testing procedure of vehicles are not defined and there is a big problem in communication between the relevant institutions and persons implementing body of the vehicle, due to the...
