Abstract

Bespilotne letjelice su se u vrlo kratkom vremenu počele masovno koristiti u komercijalne svrhe. Najrasprostranjenija aktivnost bespilotnih letjelica danas je fotografiranje iz zraka i snimanje video materijala različite namjene. Razvojem komunikacijske i računalne tehnologije te minimiziranjem komponenti sustava tih dviju tehnologija, omogućena je implementacija procesora za obradu informacija i komunikacijskih uređaja na bespilotne letjelice čime se dobiva autonomni sustav jednostavan za upravljanje i rukovanje, malih dimenzija i prihvatljivih letnih značajki. Bespilotne letjelice tipa oktokopter predstavljaju sigurne sustave koji se mogu primjenjivati u mnogim granama industrije u svrhu inspekcije, detekcije, istraživanja, nadzora i drugih aktivnosti, na mjestima gdje čovjek ne može pristupiti. Povećanjem broja ovakvih bespilotnih sustava u zraku javljaju se problemi sigurnosnog aspekta. Takve probleme pokušava se riješiti zakonskim regulativama i pravilnicima o upravljanju bespilotnim sustavima, ali unificirana regulativa za ta pitanja u Europi i Svijetu trenutno ne postoji.

Abstract (english)

The use of unmanned aerial vehicles has spread in a short time period. The most widespread activity of unmanned aerial vehicles today is aerial photography and video recording of various purposes. With the development of communication and computer technology and by minimizing the system components of two technologies, the implementation of information processing processor and communication devices on unmanned aerial vehicles has been enabled. Those two components provide an autonomous system, easy to handle, with small proportions and with suitable flight characteristics. Unmanned aerial vehicles like octocopters are safe systems that can be used in many branches of the industry for inspection, detection, research, surveillance and other activities where people cannot access. By increasing the number of such unmanned aerial systems, problems of security concern occur. Such problems are being solved by legal regulations and rules governing unmanned systems management, but unified regulations for these issues in Europe and the World currently do not exist.
