Abstract

Očevid je naziv niza procesnih, odnosno tehničkih radnja koje na mjestu nekog događaja obavlja sud, policija ili neki drugi za to zakonom ovlašteni državni organ kako bi neposrednim opažanjem stekli saznanja o postojanju ili nepostojanju neke važne činjenice koja može poslužiti kao dokaz u sudskom ili upravnom postupku. Cilj očevida je prikupljanje svih podataka o događaju o kojima treba raspravljati, a do kojih se može doći na mjestu nesreće, to uključuje tragove, materijalne posljedice događaja i okolnosti pod kojima se događaj odigrao. Nakon što su sve faze očevida obavljene i podaci do kojih se može doći na mjestu nesreće pravilno i kvalitetno utvrđeni, pošto je sam očevid jedan dio pripreme za vještaka, nastupa vještak sa svojom istragom svih dostupnih podataka sa mjesta nesreće, te iznosi svoje mišljenje i presudu.

Abstract (english)

Investigation is a series of process or technical operations that are performed on the site of an event by the court, the police or any authorized state authority to observe and gain knowledge of the existence or non-existence of some important facts that may serve as evidence in judicial or administrative proceedings. The aim of the investigation is to gather all the information about the event so it can be discussed, which can be reached at the scene, it includes traces, material consequences of the event and the circumstances under which the event occurred. After all the stages of the investigation are carried out and the data that was obtained at the scene is properly and well established, as the investigation itself is a part of preparation for the expert, investigation of all available data from the accident is examined by the expert so he can expresses his opinion and judgment.
