Abstract
Sigurnost odvijanja prometa i korištenje alternativnih modova prijevoza predstavljaju veliki problem u gradovima diljem svijeta. Za rješavanje tih problema poduzimaju se mjere i postupci kojima se na suvremen i ekološki održiv način poboljšava kvaliteta mobilnosti korisnika prometnog sustava. U ovom radu analizira se način odvijanja prometa na željezničko-cestovnom prijelazu Trnava. Glavni problemi za nizak stupanj sigurnosti na prijelazu su nepoštivanje prometnih pravila i propisa te niska razina prometne kulture sudionika. Također se očituje problem loše povezanosti prometnog sustava koja ograničava mobilnost korisnika. Kao rješenje tih problema predlažu se nova projektna rješenja s ciljem povećanja sigurnosti i mobilnosti korisnika na užem području željezničko-cestovnog prijelaza Trnava. Za određivanje optimalne projektne varijante potrebno je izraditi SWOT analizu, vrednovanje varijanata Analitičko hijerarhijskim procesom te simulacije postojećeg i budućeg stanja.

Traffic safety and using alternative mode of transport are main problem sin big cities all over the world. To solve these problems there are used measures and procedures which improves quality od mobility users of traffic system on modern and environmentally sustainable way. In these paper are analyzed traffic flows on rail-road level crossing Trnava. Main problem for low stage of safety on rail-road crossing are failure to comply traffic rules and regulations and low lever traffic culture of participants. Also is a problem of bad traffic connection which limits mobility of users. As solutions for these problems there are proposed new project solutionswith a goal increasing safety and mobility of users on narrow area of rail-road level crossing Trnava. For assessment optimal project solutins it is needed to do SWOT analyses, Analytic Hierarchy process method and simulation of condition before and after.
