Abstract

Definiranjem dionika unutar prihvata i otpreme tereta i pošte, analizom njihovih područja odgovornosti i primarnih zadaća, posebno će se istraživati meduovisnosti unutar dionika sa ciljem brže i kvalitetnije realizacije procesa, smaniivanja ukupnih troškova realizacije i slično. Zračni teretni promet (engl. Air Cargo Transport) u svijetu vjerni je odraz kretanja globalne ekonomije, osobito trgovine. Od početka globalne recesije 2008. godine došlo je do velikog pada prometa tereta i pošte, kako na tržištu Republike Hrvatske tako i na tržištu članica Europske Unije. Zagreb se nije nametnuo kao čvorište, pa bi se iz tog razloga zračni cargo promet trebao puno poboljšati.

Abstract (english)

In accordance with definition of cargo and mail handling stakeholders, as well as in accordance with field of their responsibilities and primary task analysis, the specific research was conducted to determine the interdependence among stakeholders with aim of faster and more quality process implementation as well as reducing the total cost of the implementation etc. Global Air Cargo traffic is a true reflection of the global economy development, especially in terms of trade development trends. Since the beginning of the global recession in 2008, there was a strong decrease in cargo and mail transport figures either on Croatian or EU air cargo industry market. Zagreb International Airport itself has not established as a hub yet, therefore the reason of improving the cargo and mail air transport is clear evermore.
