Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati razvoj upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima od očinskog modela upravljanja do suvremenog upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, sa naglaskom na motivaciju i zadovoljstvo kao poluge napretka i profitabilnosti logističkih tvrtki. Primjenom i razvojem informacijske tehnologije na razini logističke tvrtke trebao bi osigurati znatne napretke u smislu razvoja poduzeća i znatne uštede u poslovanju. Motivacije zaposlenika su važan zadatak menadžera i uspješnost tvrtke je odraz menadžerske umješnosti u upravljanju ljudima. Ljudi su pokretačka snaga tvrtke.

Parallel abstract (English)
The goal of this paper is to present the development of the human resources management, from the model of paternal management to the modern human resources management, with the emphasis on motivation and satisfaction as a lever of progress and profitability of logistic companies. By applying and developing information technology on the level the logistics company should eventually ensure considerable progress in the sense of developing an enterprise, as well as significant savings in business activities. The motivation of the employees is an important managerial task; the success of a company is a reflection of managerial skills in managing people. People are the moving power of a company.
