Abstract
Kvaliteta logističke usluge predstavlja dodanu vrijednost i kao takva predstavlja imperativ u poslovanju logističkih poduzeća. Primjenom metode Šest Sigma je jedan od načina podizanja kvalitete usluga. Logistička poduzeća podizanjem kvalitete usluge podižu pokazatelj logističkog učinka države. Podizanjem kvalitete usluge također raste tržište dodane vrijednosti države. Za postizanje većeg učinka ili povrata sredstava potrebno je odrediti pogodan trenutak implementacije metode Šest Sigma, a za odabir pogodnog trenutka potrebno je poznavati karakteristike tržišta.

Quality of logistics services is the added value and as such, is an imperative in the business of logistics companies. One way of raising the quality of service is by applying Six Sigma method. By raising the quality of service logistics companies also raise the logistic performance index of countries. Raising the quality of services is also raising the size of the value added market of the country. To achieve a greater impact or return of assets it is necessary to determine the suitable moment for implementation of Six Sigma methods, because of that company management has to know the characteristics of the market.
