Abstract
Promet općenito, a posebice cestovni promet je veliki proizvođač emisije CO2 i ostalih ispušnih plinova. Također promet je jedan od najvećih potrošača energije. Glavni cilj ovog rada je naglašavanje eko testa kao jedne od najznačajnijih radnji kojom se nastoji sačuvati okoliš jer se kontrolom ispuha nad svakim vozilom utvrđuje da li to vozilo zagađuje okoliš više nego što je potrebno. Za potrebe ispitivanja ispušnih plinova motori su podijeljeni u tri osnovne skupine: BEZ-KAT, REG-KAT i DIZEL. Za svaki tip motora eko test se provodi na drugačiji način, a svaki tip motora ima svoje granične vrijednosti koje mora zadovoljiti pri eko testu. Također je važno naglasiti eko vožnju kao mjeru kontinuiranog educiranja vozača u realizaciji dugoročnih ciljeva kontinuiranog razvoja mobilnosti uz istovremeno smanjivanje emisije ispušnih plinova, smanjenja buke, povećanja sigurnosti vožnje, te povećanje energetske učinkovitosti u sektoru transporta.

Transport in general, especially road transport is big CO2 and other exhaust gas emission producer. Transport is also one of the biggest energy consumer. The main aim of this paper is accentuation of the eco test as one of the most important actions which is used to preserve the environment because by controlling the exhaust of every vehicle it is determined whether or not that vehicle pollutes the environment more than it is necessary. For the purpose of testing for exhaust gases the motors have ben devided into three basic groups: NO-CAT, REG-CAT and DIESEL. For every type of engine the test is carried out in a different way, and every type of engine has its limit values that he has to satisfy during the eco test. It is also important to enhance the eco ride as a measure of education of drivers in realization of long lasting goals of continuous development in mobility with simultaneously exhaust gas and noise reduction, driving safety and energy efficiency increasing in transport sector.
