Abstract

Kako bi se pružila prijevozna usluga potrebno je provesti niz aktivnosti koje utječu na njezinu kvalitetu i konkurentnost. Iz tog razloga potrebno je definirati osnovne aktivnosti u pružanju prijevozne usluge, počevši od zahtjeva za prijevozom do izvršenja istog. Definiranjem i analizom svake aktivnosti u pružanju prijevozne usluge, moguće je odrediti ključne elemente koji za cilj imaju optimizaciju procesa prijevoza. Glavni zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je, opisom aktivnosti pružanja prijevozne usluge, na praktičnom primjeru analizirati, te dati prijedloge rješenja za optimizaciju. To sve je potrebno provesti u okviru dostupne literature i empirijskog znanja u pružanju prijevozne usluge na temelju poduzeća „RALU Logistika“.

Abstract (english)

In order to provide transport service, it is necessary to conduct a series of activities that affect its quality and competitiveness. For this reason, it is necessary to define the basic activities in providing transport service, from the requirement of transport in the beginning to its completion in the end. By defining and analyzing every activity in the provision of the transport service, it is possible to determine the key elements, whose main goal is to optimize the transport service itself. The main objective of this study is the description of activities providing transport service, and to give solutions for optimization through practical examples. Everything mentioned above needs to be implemented in the context of available literature and empirical knowledge on providing transport service, provided by the case of the company "RALU Logistika".
