Abstract
Razvoj mlaznog motora dugotrajan je i detaljan proces. Prvo treba razviti ideju i koncept rada motora. Nakon toga treba izraditi cijelokupni motor sa sustavima, zatim ga testirati preko maksimalnih granica te analizirati zbog čega su nastali kvarovi, poboljšati tu komponentu ili sustav, te ponoviti cijeli proces sve dok se ne nađe pouzdano rješenje koje će omogućiti pouzdan i siguran rad motora. Električni motori su motori koji električnu energiju pretvaraju u mehaničku. U normalnom načinu rada, većina motora radi pomoću interakcije magnetnog polja motora i struje unutar njega. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati postupak proračunavanja i izrade nacrta, te samu izradu i testiranje mlaznog motora MPM20, koji za pogon koristi elektromotor.

Developing a jet engine is a hard and detailed process. Firstly, an idea and concept has to be developed. Engine has to be produced with all its systems, then it has to be tested above it's maximum limits with analysis made to detect where did malfunctions occur. Afterwards those components and systems are enhanced, and the whole process starts again until a reliable solution, that will ensure normal and safe work, is found. Electric engines are engines that convert electric energy into mechanical energy. In normal working mode, most of them operate through the interaction between the motor's magnetic field and currents within it. The goal of this thesis is to show procedure of calculation and production of blueprints, and the production and testing of jet engine MPM20 that uses electric energy for drive.
