Abstract

Jedan od načina povećanja sigurnosti zrakoplova tijekom leta je pravilno korištenje radio – telefonske komunikacije. Postoje propisi prema kojima je ona standardizirana kako ne bi došlo do odstupanja te s time do potencijalnog incidenta ili nesreće. U svijetu se koristi vrlo slična frazeologija, gotovo ista, koja se sastoji od mnogobrojnih fraza na engleskom jeziku. Cilj sličnosti je smanjiti razlike u komunikaciji što za rezultat daje spremnost pilota na određene zahtjeve kontrolora, tj. pilot može očekivati kada i zašto mu je dan upravo taj zahtjev. Osim toga, poredak informacija unutar fraza je također standardiziran te on olakšava let pilotu i nadzor kontroloru.
Tijekom školovanja pilota velika važnost se obraća na korištenje ispravne radio – telefonske komunikacije koja uključuje ispravno korištenu frazu kao i gramatički ispravno izgovorene rečenice na engleskom jeziku. Dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika je važno kako bi se piloti i kontrolori iz različitih država s različitim maternjim jezikom mogli što bolje sporazumjeti.
Svaka analiza pogrešaka u radio – telefonskoj komunikaciji smanjuje rizik od ponovnog korištenja istih pogreška te s time osigurava još veća sigurnost zrakoplova unutar zračnog prometa.

Abstract (english)

One of the ways of improvement of the airplane safety during the flight is the correct usage of the radio-telephony. There are regulations by which it is standardized so deviations and with that, potential accidents and incidents would not occur. A very similar phraseology is used in the world, almost the same, which is comprised of many English phrases. The aim of the similarity is to minimize the differences in communication which results in the readiness of the pilot to specific demands of the air traffic controller. In other words, the pilot can expect when and why exactly this demand is to be asked of him. Other than that, the order of the information inside the phrases is also standardized and it eases the flight for the pilot and the controlling surveillance.
During the pilot training a great importance is given to using the proper radio-telephony which includes a right using of the phrases together with the grammatically correctly said sentences in English. The good knowledge of the English language is important so the pilots and the air traffic controlers from different countries with different mother tongues can better understand each other.
With every analysis of the mistakes in radio-telephony, the risk making the same mistakes again is becoming smaller and with that a great safety of airplanes in the air traffic is secured.
