Abstract

Nepostojeća obilaznica D1 u gradu Jastrebarsko uzrokuje prometovanje teških
teretnih vozila kroz centar grada što rezultira negativan utjecaj na prometnu
infrastrukturu, sigurnost motoriziranog i nemotoriziranog prometa te propusnu moć
postojećih gradskih prometnica. Shodno tome tema ovog diplomskog rada
podrazumijeva analizu postojećeg stanja zone obuhvata, identificiranje problema na
temelju provedenih analiza i donošenje rješenja na temelju utvrđenih problema, a sve
u svrhu kvalitetnijeg odvijanja cestovnih prometnih tokova. Svrha i ciljevi istraživanja
diplomskog rada su idejno prometno rješenje izgradnje obilaznice D1 zbog
preusmjeravanja prometa teških teretnih vozila, povećanje propusne moći, smirivanje
prometa u gradu, povećanje sigurnosti prometnih tokova, smanjenje prometnih
zagušenja u cilju poboljšanja parametara cijelog prometnog sustava, prometna
povezanost industrijske zone s prometnicom D310 i D1 te reduciranje broja i
posljedica prometnih nesreća. Temeljem zaključaka iz analize postojećeg stanja
kreirano je idejno prometno rješenje u programskom alatu AutoCAD. Propusna moć
idejnog prometnog rješenja testirana je upotrebom mikrosimulacijskog alata PTV
Vissim.

Abstract (english)

The non-existent bypass road D1 in the town of Jastrebarsko causes the traffic of
heavy goods vehicles through the city center of Jastrebarsko, which results negative
impact on the traffic infrastructure, the safety of motorized and non-motorized traffic,
and the capacity of the existing city roads.The topic of this master's thesis includes an
analysis of the existing state of the coverage area and roads, identification of problems
based on the analyzes carried out and recommendation of traffic solutions based on
the identified problems.The purpose and objectives of the thesis research is the
conceptual traffic solution for the construction of the bypass road D1 to redirect the
traffic of heavy goods vehicles, increase road capacity, calm traffic flows in the city
center, increase the safety of traffic flows, reduce traffic congestion in order to improve
the parameters of the entire traffic system, enabling traffic connection of the industrial
zone with the D310 and D1 roads and reducing the number and consequences of
traffic accidents.Based on the conclusions from the analysis of the existing situation,
a conceptual traffic solution was created in the AutoCAD 2024 software. The road
capacity of the conceptual traffic solution was tested using the PTV Vissim
microsimulation tool.
