Abstract

Pojavom sve veće urbanizacije i rastom digitalizacije, pametni gradovi predstavljaju
inovativan pristup koji integrira napredne tehnologije radi poboljšanja kvalitete života
građana. Međutim, s rastućom primjenom tehnologija kao što su umjetna inteligencija (AI),
strojno učenje (ML) i Internet stvari (IoT), javljaju se novi izazovi u integraciji i upravljanju tim
tehnologijama. Jedan od ključnih problema je razvoj sustava za upravljanje incidentima, koji
mora omogućiti pravovremenu reakciju i koordinaciju među različitim gradskim službama u
hitnim situacijama. Ovaj rad se bavi konceptualnom problematikom implementacije takvih
sustava u pogledu arhitekture, interoperabilnosti, sigurnosti podataka i optimizacije procesa
za postizanje veće učinkovitosti i pouzdanosti u kontekstu pametnih gradova.

Abstract (english)

With the emergence of increasing urbanization and the growth of digitalization, smart
cities represent an innovative approach that integrates advanced technologies to improve the
quality of life of citizens. However, with the growing application of technology such as artificial
intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and the Internet of Things (IoT), new challenges arise
in integrating and managing these technologies. One of the key problems of coordination is
the development of an incident management system, which must enable timely reaction
among different city services in emergency situations. This paper deals with the conceptual
issues of implementing such systems in terms of architecture, interoperability, data security
and process optimization to achieve greater efficiency and reliability in the context of smart
cities.
