Abstract

Proces pohrane je jedan od procesa koji se odvijaju u skladištu. Proces pohrane doprinosi boljem iskorištenju skladišnog prostora, bržim popunama komisionih lokacija, utječe na komisioniranje, te povećava produktivnost skladišta. Postoji nekoliko načina pohrane robe unutar skladišta i svaka ima svoje prednosti, ali i mane. Odnosno, svaki način pohrane se može koristiti za specifične slučajeve ili kategorije roba. Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje mogućnosti optimizacije logističkih procesa u skladišnom sustavu kroz implementaciju dodatnih procedura i unaprjeđenja. Fokus je na efikasnosti pohrane, kalkulaciji visine palete prilikom prijema robe zbog boljeg određivanja lokacije pohrane te upravljanju zalihama na razini narudžbe dobavljača.

Abstract (english)

The storage process is one of the processes taking place in the warehouse. The storage process contributes to better utilization of storage space, faster filling of commission locations, affects commissioning, and increases warehouse productivity. There are several ways to store goods inside the warehouse and each has its own advantages but also disadvantages. That is, each storage method can be used for specific cases or categories of goods. This thesis explores the possibilities of optimizing logistics processes in the storage system through the implementation of additional procedures and improvements. The focus is on storage efficiency, pallet height calculation when receiving goods due to better determination of storage location, and inventory management at the supplier order level.
