Abstract U ovom završnom radu istražuje se transformacija tradicionalnih modela trgovine putem e-trgovine, inovativnog poslovnog modela koji koristi digitalni prostor interneta.
... More novim trendovima, potičući kupnju putem pametnih telefona i tableta. Digitalna transformacija, koja obuhvaća digitalizaciju carinskih postupaka, upravljanje rizicima i elektroničko plaćanje carinskih pristojbi, postavlja izazove i prilike pred carinske sustave.
Digitalizacija carinskih postupaka uključuje primjenu informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije, zamjenjujući tradicionalne, papirnate procese elektroničkim sustavima.
Globalne tvrtke poput Amazona i FedExa ističu se usvajanjem učinkovitih carinskih procesa uz primjenu naprednih tehnologija, praćenje u stvarnom vremenu i automatizaciju. Ovi primjeri ilustriraju kako modernizacija carinskih postupaka može poboljšati globalne operacije tvrtki, smanjiti troškove i optimizirati isporuku proizvoda. Less
Abstract (english) This final paper explores the transformation of traditional trade models through e-commerce, an innovative business model that uses the digital space of the Internet. E-commerce allows companies to have global access to markets, without geographical limitations, thus expanding their audience. Consumers are given the opportunity to research products, compare prices and make purchases from the comfort of their own home. Given the advancement of mobile technologies, e-commerce is
... More continuously adapting to new trends, encouraging purchases via smartphones and tablets. The history of e-commerce dates back to the 1960s, and a key moment occurred in 1979 when Michael Aldrich came up with the concept of connecting customers and companies via a telephone line. The development of the Internet during the 1990s significantly transformed e-commerce, and mobile technologies in the 21st century further shaped it. The different types of e-commerce include B2C, B2B, B2G, C2C and C2B models, each with a specific business focus. The impact of e-commerce on customs procedures within the European Union has profound implications. Digital transformation, which includes digitization of customs procedures, risk management and electronic payment of customs duties, poses challenges and opportunities for customs systems.
Digitization of customs procedures involves the application of information and communication technology, replacing traditional paper processes with electronic systems. Customs administrations face new risks such as fraud and security threats, which require identification, monitoring and management of these risks, often with the help of modern technologies. Electronic payment of customs duties brings significant advantages, including a faster process, increased transparency and elimination of the need for a physical visit to the customs office. Adaptation of customs procedures to e-commerce includes technological adaptation, harmonization with laws and regulations, cooperation between stakeholders, international agreements and data standardization.
Examples of countries such as Sweden, the USA, the Philippines, Singapore and New Zealand indicate different approaches to adapting to e-commerce. Global companies like Amazon and FedEx stand out by adopting efficient customs processes with advanced technologies, real-time tracking and automation. These examples illustrate how modernizing customs procedures can improve a company's global operations, reduce costs and optimize product delivery. Less
