Abstract
Smanjenje potrošnje energije kroz povećanje energetske učinkovitsoti predstavlja jednu od glavnih mjera za smanjenje emisije stakleničkih plinova urbanih sredina. Povećana upotreba energije u dnevnim migracijama nastala je zbog stalnog rasta upotrebe osobnih automobila. U gradovima se koriste strategije i mjere za promjenu modalne raspodjele putovanja u korist javnog gradskog prijevoza što proklamira Europska unija kroz svoju Prometnu politiku (Transport White Paper). Stoga analiza energetske i ekološke učinkovitosti javnog gradskog prijevoza predstavlja važan korak u provođenju promjene modalne raspodjele urbanih dnevnih migracija. U radu su prikupljeni podaci o energetskoj učinkovitosti i količini emisije stakleničkih plinova javnog gradskog prijevoza, odnosno gradskog autobusa te osobnog automobila unutar određene linije gradske mreže. Podaci su detaljno analizirani, ocjenjivani i uspoređivani sve u svrhu da bi se predložile metode i mjere za povećanje energetske učinkovitosti javnog gradskog prijevoza koje isto tako direktno djeluju na smanjenje emisije stakleničkih plinova.

Decreasing energy consumption troughout improving energy efficency represents one of the key measure to reduce GHG emissions in urban centers. Continous growth of car usage in daily migrations has lead to extended usage of energy. Strategies and measures in cities are used to change modal distribution of trips in favour of urban public transport which proclaims Europian Union troughout „Transport White Paper“ policy. Because of that, energy efficency and emission analysis of urban public transport represents huge step in implementation modal distribution in daily urban migrations. In paper are gathered information about energy efficency and amount of emissions in urban public transport, regarding city bus and personal car inside one line in city network. Informations are analyzed, rated and compared in purpose of suggesting methods and measures to increase energy efficency in urban public transport which directly effects on reducing GHG emissions.
