Abstract

Optimiranje zaliha u opskrbnom lancu predstavlja vrlo važan cilj u logističkom poslovanju s obzirom da optimirane zalihe direktno utječu na efikasnost i profitabilnost poslovanja. Cilj proizvodnih, distribucijskih i trgovačkih poduzeća te poduzeća koja pružaju cjelovitu logističku podršku je maksimalno smanjenje zaliha uz zadržavanje određene razine usluga, koju pružaju vlastitim korisnicima kako bi postali i ostali konkurentni na tržištu. Upravo iz tog razloga danas se sve više razvijaju različiti modeli i metode koje se primjenjuju pri upravljanju zalihama kako bi se postigli što bolji i efikasniji rezultati. S obzirom da tržište postavlja sve veće zahtjeve, poduzeća su primorana okrenuti se novim i boljim načinima poslovanja. U tu svrhu prikazani su razni modeli i metode koji omogućuju vrlo učinkovito može upravljanje zalihama te povećavaju mogućnosti optimiranja zaliha duž cijelog opskrbnog lanca.

Abstract (english)

Optimizing inventory in the supply chain is a very important goal in the logistic business process, considering that optimized inventory directly affects the efficiency and profitability of the process. The aim of manufacturing, distribution and trading companies and also companies that provide complete logistical support is maximization of reducing inventory, while maintaining a certain level of services they provide for their own customers to become and remain competitive in the market. For this reason, different models and methods used in inventory optimization today are increasingly developing in order to achieve better and more efficient results. Considering the increasing demands of the market, companies are forced to turn to new and better ways of doing business. For this purpose this paper presents various models and methods, which provide highly efficient inventory management and may incerase the optimization opportunities within the supply chain.
