Abstract
Tehnologijski menadžment i marketing predstavljaju nova posebna područja primjene klasičnih menadžerskih i marketinških tehnika, znanja i vještina. Ovo se istraživanje bavi proučavanjem primjene i značaja tehnologijskog menadžmenta i marketinga za vodeća hrvatska informacijska i komunikacijska poduzeća, s naglaskom na informacijsko-komunikacijsku tehnologiju te procese. Istraživanjem se pokazalo u kojoj su mjeri ispitanici zadovoljni sa korištenjem telekomunikacijskih usluga, te da operatori u Hrvatskoj u dovoljnoj mjeri koriste nove tehnologije, ali to čine manje i lošije u odnosu na operatore iz Europe.

Technology Management and Marketing are new special fields of application of classical management and marketing techniques, knowledge and skills. This research studies the application and importance of technology management and marketing for the leading Croatian information and communication companies, with an emphasis on information and communication technology and processes. The research has shown the extent to which respondents are satisfied with the use of telecommunications services and that operators in Croatia sufficiently using new technologies, but they do less in relation to operators from Europe.
