Abstract

Cestovni promet današnjice omogućava veliku razinu mobilnosti gotovo za svakog pojedinca, što donosi pozitivan učinak i na razvoj gospodarstva. Negativna strana prometa su prometne nesreće, koje u najgorem slučaju mogu izazvati smrt i trajnu invalidnost, ali i financijsku štetu. Mjesta ili dijelovi ceste na kojima se događa natprosječan broj nesreća se smatraju potencijalno opasna mjesta. Za potrebe ovog rada izvršena je identifikacija potencijalno opasnih mjesta na državnoj cesti D1 prema koracima opisanima u Metodologiji za identifikaciju opasnih mjesta u cestovnoj mreži. Svako identificirano potencijalno opasno mjesto je terenski pregledano te detaljno analizirano, uz korištenje naprednih sustava bespilotnih letjelica.

Abstract (english)

Today's road transport enables a high level of mobility for almost every individual, which has a positive effect on the development of the economy. The downside are traffic accidents, which in the worst case can cause death and permanent disability, but also financial damage. Places or parts of the road where an above-average number of accidents occur are considered potentially dangerous places. For the purposes of this graduate work, the identification of potentially dangerous places on the state road D1 was performed according to the steps described in the Methodology for the identification of dangerous places in the road network. Each identified hazardous site was inspected and analyzed in detail, using advanced unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).
