Abstract

Jedan od pandemijskih virusa je trenutno aktivni „COVID-19“ ili poznatije, „coronavirus“, koji se masovno proširio svijetom i ima brojne štetne utjecaje na ljude, a time i na gospodarstvo i ekonomiju. Prijevoz tereta, kao i transport općenito esencijalni su dio ekonomije svakog društva, njenog rasta i globalizacije. Transport nam omogućuje komunikaciju, trgovinu i druge oblike razmjene između ljudi. Ali upravo radi toga, transport je jedan od primarnih načina širenja virusa – ukoliko se pravilno ne regulira. U ovom radu biti će uspoređeno stanje cestovnog prijevoza tereta prije i poslije pandemije (COVID-19) na primjeru logističke tvrtke. Biti će ponuđene metode kako minimizirati štetni učinak pandemija u transportu te kako bi se nastavio kontinuiran prijevoz tereta u to vrijeme i time ne imao direktan štetan utjecaj na gospodarstvo i ekonomiju. Tvrtka na kojoj je provedena analiza bavi se pretežito prijevozom robe u automobilskom sektoru. Prevoze se auto dijelovi, auto gume, motocikli, rezervni dijelovi i slično. U Hrvatskoj posluje od 2004. godine, dok na globalnoj razini djeluje preko 50 godina i jedna su od vodećih logističkih tvrtki.

Abstract (english)

Currently active pandemic virus „Covid-19“, so called „coronavirus“ is a virus that managed to spread around the globe at the beginning of 2020 and has numerous adverse impacts on the human population and thus on the economy. Freight transport and transport in general are an essential part of every healthy economy, it's growth and globalization. Transport thus allows us to communicate, trade (commerce) and to apply other forms of exchange between people. Hence, if not regulated properly, transport can be one of the primary means of spreading the virus. This paper will conduct a comparison of conditions before and after the pandemics (COVID-19) on freight road transport within logistics company X. Also, it will provide safety measures in order to minimize the adverse impacts of pandemics in transport and economy and to enable continuous freight transport at those times. The analized logistics company operates worldwide for over 50 years. They've established their branch in Croatia in 2004 and are now one of the leading logistics companies in Croatia and in the world.
