Abstract

Ovaj rad analizira karakteristike, specifičnosti, zahtjeve, strukturu i efikasnost distribucije cjepiva za COVID-19 na području Republike Hrvatske tvrtke Mark Medical d.o.o. Objašnjeni su pojmovi logistike, distribucije, sudionici u distribuciji. Definirani su pojmovi kanala distribucije, same fizičke distribucije, sudionika u distribuciji i proces skladištenja i manipuliranja farmaceutskim proizvodima. Obrađena je zakonska regulativa farmaceutskih proizvoda u Europskoj Uniji i Republici Hrvatskoj te informacijski sustavi koji se koriste u distribuciji farmaceutskih proizvoda. Analiziran je logistički sustav Mark Medical d.o.o. odnprijema, skladištenja, manipuliranja, otpreme i distribucije robe, do informacijskog sustava tvrtke. Prikazano je skladišno poslovanje tvrtke, programski sustavi koji upravljaju operacijama u tvrtci te formulirani prijedlozi unaprjeđenja postojećeg sustava.

Abstract (english)

This paper analyzes the characteristics, specifics, requirements, structure and efficiency of the distribution of vaccines for COVID-19 in the Republic of Croatia by Mark Medical d.o.o. The concepts of logistics, distribution, participants in distribution are explained. The terms distribution channels, the same physical distribution, distribution participants and the process of storage and handling of pharmaceutical products are defined. The legal regulations of pharmaceutical products in the European Union and the Republic of Croatia and information systems used in the distribution of pharmaceutical products are discussed. The logistics system of Mark Medical d.o.o. was analyzed. shipment, storage, handling, shipment and distribution of goods, to the company's information system. The company's warehousing operations, software systems that manage operations in the company and formulated proposals for improving the existing system are presented.
