Abstract
Zbog obaveza preuzetih ulaskom u EU, Ministarstvo zaštite okoliša i prirode izdalo je zabranu odlaganja svih vrsta otpada osim miješanog komunalnog na zagrebačko odlagalište Jakuševac, čime je onemogućeno odlaganje glomaznog otpada. Istraživanjem je u ovom radu utvrđeno da je od nastupanja zabrane izdana velika količina dozvola za skladištenje i prikupljanje glomaznog otpada, ali unatoč velikom broju izdanih dozvola, problem odlaganja nije trajno riješen. Skladišni kapaciteti su premali, a građani nastavljaju nelegalno odlagati otpad na gradskim ulicama. Skladištenje otpada i prikupljanje predstavljaju trošak, jer se sve te količine svejedno na neki način moraju zbrinuti. Iz tog se razloga u ovom radu razmatra implementacija koncepata povratne logistike sa ciljem da se što veća količina otpada preusmjeri u kanale ponove upotrebe. Uzimajući u obzir sve parametre i podatke prikupljene tokom istraživanja, utvrđeno je da je najpogodniji oblik rješavanja problema, otvaranje sabirnog povratnog centra u kojem bi se produžio vijek trajanja proizvoda i u kojem bi se vršila selekcija sirovina za reciklažu. Provedenom anketom je utvrđen veliki interes građana za korištenje povratnog sabirnog centra ukoliko bi se otvorio.

Parallel abstract (English)
Due to the commitments undertaken by joining the EU, the Ministry of Environment and Nature Protection issued a ban on the dumping of all types of waste apart from mixed municipal waste on landfill Jakuševac in Zagreb, which prevents the disposal of bulky waste. The research in this paper determined that since ban there has been occurrence of a large amoutof issued permits for the storage and collection of bulky waste, but despite the large number of licenses issued, the problem of waste is not permanently solved. Storage facilities are too small, and people continue to illegally dispose of waste on city streets. Waste storage and collection is recognized, but all of these amounts still somehow must be taken care of. For this reason, this paper discusses the implementation of the concepts of reverse logistics in order to exceed the amount of waste redirected into channels of repeated use. Taking into account all the parameters and data collected during the study, it was determined that the most appropriate way of dealing with the problem, is to open return center and assembly center which would extend the life of the product and which would be folloewd by selection of raw materials for recycling. The study confirmed the great interest of the citizens for usage of center in case of realisation of project.
