Abstract

Suvremena logistika traži razna riješenja kako poboljšati skladišne operacije a samim time i opskrbni lanac. Automatizirani sustavi za pohranu i izuzimanje daju vrlo dobre rezultate u usporedbi sa konvencionalnim skladištima koja koriste viličare. Kroz automatizaciju u skladišnom poslovanju postiže se bolje efektivno iskorištenje manipulacijskih uređaja i prostora skladišta. Iznimno su poželjni na lokacijama sa ograničenom površinom i u uvjetima sniženih temperatura u hladnjačama zbog visokog stupnja iskorištenja prostora što generira niže troškove skladišta. Veliki nedostatak automatiziranih skladišnih sustava je njihova nefleksibilnost i visoki investicijski troškovi. Kroz rad će se prikazati navedene prednosti i nedostaci automatiziranih sustava kao i potpuno automatizirano visokoregalno skladište tvrtke Kraš.

Abstract (english)

Modern logistics requres a variety of solutions to improve storage operations and therefore the supply chain. Automated storage and retrieval systems provide very good results compared to conventional warehouses that use forklifts. Through automation of the warehouse operations is achieved better utilization of manipulation equipement and storage space. They are highly desirable on locations with limited space available and in condition of cold storage facilities for frozen goods due to the high degree of utilization of space avilable, which generates a lower costs. The big drawback of automated storage systems is their inflexibility and high investment costs. Through this work it will be shown the advantages and disadvantages of automated systems as well as fully automated high rise warehouse of the Kraš company.
