Abstract

Skladišta kao element logističke infrastrukture predstavljaju vrlo važan dio opskrbnog lanca. Skladišne operacije koje se unutar njega odvijaju moraju biti učinkovite. Stoga je potrebno da se procesi unutar njega odvijaju što brže, bez nepotrebnih manipulacija, da se postigne određena razina zaštite i sigurnosti robe te naposlijetku da se izbjegnu nepotrebni troškovi. Svrha ovog rada je analiza postojećeg stanja skladišnih procesa na primjeru iz prakse, kako bi se mogla napraviti poboljšanja u cilju povećanja radnog učinka, skraćenja trajanja određenih procesa te samim time unaprjeđenje tog dijela operacija. Naglasak analize je na procesu prijema robe. Rezultat analize bit će prikazan kroz prijedlog poboljšanja prijema robe pomoću mjerljivih veličina. Implementacijom novog načina postiže se poboljšanje funkcija te samim time i smanjenje troškova.

Abstract (english)

Warehouses as an element of logistics infrastructure represent a very important segment in the supply chain. Warehouse operataions, that take place inside the warehouse, should be effective. Therefore it is necessary that the process take place as quickly as possible, without unnecessary manipulations, with achieveing a certain level of preotection and security of goods and finally to avoid unnecessary costs. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse existing state of storage processes on an example from pratice, so that improvements can be made in order to increase work performance, shortening the duration of certain processes and improvement of that part of the operations. The emphasis of the analysis is on the process of receiving the goods. The result of the analysis will be presented through a proposal to improve the receipt of goods using measurable quanities. By implementing the new method, the functions are improved and thus the costs are reduced.
