Abstract

U Republici Hrvatskoj prijevoz tereta posljednjih desetak godina varira, što je kroz rad i prikazano. Za razvoj zračnog prometa jednu od ključnih uloga imaju same zračne luke, čija je kvaliteta iznimno relevantna. U Republici Hrvatskoj već dugi niz godina značajan položaj ima Međunarodna zračna luka Zagreb, koja je u ovom radu obrađena u okviru prihvata i otpreme tereta. Temeljem poslovanja Međunarodne zračne luke Zagreb, prikazan je proces prihvata i otpreme tereta, kako kroz robno – otpremne terminale, tako i kroz sam proces prihvata i otpreme od robnog terminala do zrakoplova. To je postignuto i prikazom dijagrama procesa prihvata i otpreme tereta.

Abstract (english)

Freight transport in the Republic of Croatia has varied a lot over the last ten years, as shown in the work. Airports themselves have a key role in the growth of air transport, the quality of which is extremely relevant. For many years, in the Republic of Croatia, the significance of the position is given by the Zagreb International Airport, which has been dealt with in this paper within the framework of cargo acceptance and shipment. Based on the operations of Zagreb International Airport, the process of acceptance and shipment of cargo is presented, both through the goods - shipping terminals and through the process of acceptance and dispatch from the goods terminal to the aircraft. This was also achieved by showing a diagram of the process of acceptance and shipment of cargo.
