Abstract

Simulacijski model je pojednostavljeni model realnog sustava koji omogućava njegovu analizu uz pomoć računala. Njime se stvarni procesi mogu prikazati uz uvjet da se ulazni podaci potrebni za modeliranje značajno ne razlikuju kako bi se dobiveni rezultati mogli prihvatiti i primjeniti u realnom sustavu. Komisioniranje je jedan od najbitnijih ali i najzahtjevnijih procesa koji se obavljaju unutar skladišta i zbog toga se primjenom simulacijskog modela mogu istražiti mogućnosti unaprijeđenja istog. Tako se uzimajući podatke iz stvarnog distribucijskog centra uz pomoć simulacijskog modela i uz neke pretpostavke podaci analiziraju i shodno rezultatima predlažu pojedina rješenja za optimizaciju procesa.

Abstract (english)

Simulation model is a simplified model of a real system which enables computer aided anaysis of the latter. With it, real processes can be recreated provided that the input data required for modeling doesn’t significantly differ so that the results are valid and could be applied in the real system. Order-picking is one of the most important but also one of the most demanding processes that is being done in a warehouse and for that reason the possibilities of improving the order-picking process can be examined with a simulation model. With the data taken from a real world distribution centre and combined with some assumptions about the process, it is possible to create a simulation model that gives results that can be analyzed and could possibly be applied as solutions or improvements which can optimize existing real world order-picking process.
