Abstract

Pravilnici i regulative svim sudionicima u zračnom prometu osiguravaju siguran i neometan promet. Međunarodna organizacija za civilno zrakoplovstvo (engl. International Civil Aviation Organization-ICAO) je organizacija koja je postavila temelje za svestranu primjenu pravila u zračnom prometu. Na području Europe djeluje Europska agencija za sigurnost zračnog prometa (engl. European Aviation Safety Agency-EASA) sa ciljem povećanja sigurnosti i standardizacije pravila unutar iste. Zadatak država članica je da u stopu prate i adaptiraju nova pravila koja je propisala Europska agencija za sigurnost zračnog prometa, a uloga same Agencije je da nadzire cijeli postupak i primjenu istih. Završni rad ukratko opisuje Uredbe koje se koriste za standardizaciju pravila letenja, definiranje zadaća pružatelja usluga u zračnoj plovidbi i nadzornog tijela koje će nadgledati cijeli postupak standardizacije. Nadalje, u drugom dijelu završnog rada opisana je implementacija i primjena tih standarda u Republici Hrvatskoj .

Abstract (english)

Rules and regulations ensure safe and uninterrupted traffic for all participants in air traffic. International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is an organisation, that has laid comprehensive examples of air traffic rules. European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) operates in Europe with the aim of increasing safety and standardizing rules within it. The task of the member states is to follow and adapt the new rules prescribed by the European Aviation Safety Agency, and the role of the Agency itself is to monitor the entire procedure and their application. This final work briefly describes the Regulations used to standardize the rules of the air, defining the tasks of the air navigation service provider and the supervisory body that will monitor the whole standardization process. The second part of the final work describes the implementation and application of these standards in the Republic of Croatia.
