Abstract

IEEE 802.11 mreža koja djeluje u 2,4 GHz spektru koji je dio nelicenciranog ISM pojasa postala je manje pouzdana zbog toga što čitav niz drugih uređaja koristi taj isti pojas.Primjerice, bežični mikrofonski sustav, koji se koristi za prijenos zvuka glazbenih instrumenata, jedan je od takvih uređaja koji utječe na propusnost IEEE 802.11 mreže.Kako bi istražio taj fenomen, autor je proveo niz mjerenja parametara 802.11 mreže u laboratorijskom okruženju tijekom istovremenog rada sa bežičnim... Prikazana su moguća rješenja kojima bi mogao izbjeći ovaj problem, poputbolje konfiguracije kanala, prebacivanje rada mreže u drugi frekvencijski pojas i izbjegavanje paralelnog rada ova dva sustava. Abstract (english)

IEEE 802.11 network works in 2.4 GHz spectrum which is a part of unlicensed ISM band, thus making it less reliable for networks based on 802.11 standard since a lot of other devices use this frequency. For example, a wireless microphone system used for sound transmission of musical instruments is one of the devices that impacts the throughput of IEEE 802.11 network. To research this phenomenon, the author performed a series of measures of 802.11 network parameters in a laboratory... More setting with the microphone system on.
