Abstract
U ovom radu opisane su temeljne pretpostavke uvođenja sustava upravljanja priljevnim tokovima urbanih autocesta uslijed zagušenja te je prikazan pregled najčešće korištenih metoda upravljanja priljevnim tokovima. Također, analizirane su mogućnosti primjene metoda umjetne inteligencije za upravljanje priljevnim tokovima. Na izrađenom modelu zaobilaznice grada Zagreba, uz korištenje postojećih prometnih podataka simulirana je navedena obilaznica uz pomoć simulatora CTMSIM. Analizom rezultata simulacije uspoređeni su rezultati u slučaju kašnjenja, vremena putovanja i gustoće. Iz tih rezultata razvidno je manje zagušenje tijekom uporabe algoritama za upravljanje priljevnim tokovima.

Parallel abstract (English)
This diploma thesis describes the main reasons for the introduction of ramp metering due to congestion and gives an overview of the most commonly used methods of managing the mainstream flows. Possibilities of applying artificial intelligence methods for ramp metering are analysed also. Using parameters of the bypass of the city of Zagreb a simulation model is createdand simulated usingof existing trafficdata. The macroscopic simulator CTMS is used for simulation. The analysis of the simulation results are compared according to delay, travel timeanddensity. From these results are reflected in less congestion by using algorithms to manage the inflow streams.
