Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je prikazati kritične parametre za djelotvorno upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima u logističkim tvrtkama. Učinkovito upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima je ključni element uspješnosti cjelokupne organizacije. Uspješne tvrtke pokazuju inovativnost, učinkovitost, fleksibilnu strukturu i teže razvoju novihvještina u svojim organizacijama pa tako i kod upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima.Danas su tvrtke okružene jakom konkurencijom te kroz strategiju upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima nastoje postići i minimalnu prednost u odnosu na konkurenciju. Kako bi tvrtka bila konkurentna na tržištu sve više je od važnosti ljudski faktor koji ispunjava radne zadatke, a time i ciljeve same tvrtke. Mnoge tvrtke danas ulažu sve više vremena i novca kako bi omogućili razvoj vještina i znanja svojim zaposlenicima, a sve kako bi se postiglo poboljšanje radne učinkovitosti. Kao primjer uspješne logističke tvrtke sa zavidnim napretkom je tvrtka RALU. U ovom radu istražen je utjecaj upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima u RALU tvrtci na uspješnost same tvrtke.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper is to present the critical parameters for effective human resource management in logistics companies. Effective human resource management is a key element of the overall organization's performance. Successful companies demonstrate innovation, efficiency, flexible structure, and the development of new skills in their organizations, as well as in human resources management. Today, companies are surrounded by strong competition and through the strategy of managing human reseources, they strive to achieve a minimum advantage over the competition.In order for the company to be competitive on the market, it is increasingly important to have a human factor that fulfills the work tasks and therefore the goals of the company itself. Many companies are investing more and more time to enable the development of skills and knowledge of their employees, all in order to improve work efficiency.As an example of a successful logistic company with a remarkable progress, is RALU company. This paper explores the impact of human resource management at RALU's company on the success of the company itself.
