Abstract

Razvojem zračnog prometa i njegovih podsustava, rastom potražnje za zračnim prijevozom, povećavali su se rizici od djela nezakonitog ometanja. Kako bi se spriječilo povećanje prijetnji i rizika od djela nezakonitog ometanja, tako se razvijala i razina zaštite, odnosno mjere zaštite. Zaštita čini ključan dio u održavanju prihvatljive razine sigurnosti i štićenja zračnog prometa od djela nezakonitog ometanja. Kako bi se potrebna razina zaštite osigurala uspostavljene su razne Agencije i Organizacije koje su za to zadužene. U ovom završnom radu, opisan je rad i razvoj tih organizacija. Glavnu ulogu imaju Organizacija međunarodnog civilnog zrakoplovstva (ICAO – International Civil Aviation Organization) koja kroz svoje Dodatke (Annexe) donosi standarde i preporučene prakse namijenjene državama članicama ICAO-a. Abstract (english)

Along with the development of air traffic and its subsystems and increasing demand for air transport, the risks of an act of unlawful interference have been increasing. In order to prevent the increase of the threat and the risk of acts of unlawful interference, security and its measures has been developed. Security is a key element in maintaining an acceptable level of safety and security of air traffic from acts of unlawful interference. Regarding the regulatory aspect, standards and... In this bachelor's thesis, the work and development of these organizations is described.
