Abstract

Prometna signalizacija predstavlja skup znakova i oznaka čija je zadaća upravljati i regulirati odvijanje prometa na prometnoj mreži te informirati i upozoriti sudionike u prometu na trenutačno stanje na određenoj dionici ceste. Oznake na kolniku predstavljaju dio cjelokupne prometne signalizacije koji se ne može nadomjestiti drugim znakovima ili propisima te se mogu definirati kao skup longitudinalnih i transverzalnih crta, natpisa i simbola čijom se kombinacijom oblikuju površine na prometnoj infrastrukturi. Prilikom izvođenja oznaka na kolniku mogu se primjenjivati razni materijali od kojih su najvažnije bojane oznake, plastični materijali te trake. Svaki navedeni materijal ima različita svojstva, ali osnovni cilj svih materijala je da pruže i osiguraju dovoljnu sigurnost sudionicima u prometu.

Abstract (english)

Traffic signalization represents a set of signs and markings whose task is to manage and regulate traffic on the traffic network and to inform and alert traffic participants to the current state of a particular road section. Road markings represent part of the overall trafic signalization that can not be replaced by any other signs or regulations and can be defined as a set of longitudinal and transversal lines, inscriptions and symbols that combine to form surfaces on the traffic infrastructure. Various materials may be used on the pavement when doing road surface marking, the most important of which are colour-coded labels, plastic materials and strips. Each of these materials has different properties, but the main aim of all materials is to provide and ensure sufficient safety for all traffic participants.
