Abstract

Kako je promet vrlo složena pojava moguća je i pojava konfliktnih situacija. Zbog povećanja sigurnosti prometa važno je poduzeti brojne mjere kako bi se otklonile odnosno smanjile eventualne opasnosti. Kada se analiziraju mogući uzroci nezgoda jasno je da se cestovni promet može promatrati kao sustav koji se sastoji od tri odvojena podsustava – cesta, vozilo, čovjek. Čovjek je taj koji svojim osjetilima prima obavijesti vezane uz prilike na cesti i od svih čimbenika je najvažniji. Cesta je čimbenik koji treba biti dobro projektiran i izveden kako bi se smanjio broj nezgoda. Vozilo kao prijevozno sredstvo namijenjeno je prijevozu ljudi i tereta i čovjek je taj koji njime upravlja. Vozilo se sastoji od elemenata koji utječu na sigurnost prometa, a dijeli ih se na aktivne i pasivne, odnosno one koji smanjuju mogućnost nezgode i oni koji ublažavaju posljedice prometne nezgode.

Abstract (english)

As traffic is a very complex phenomenon, conflict situations can also occur. Due to increased traffic safety, it is important to take a number of measures to eliminate or reduce any potential hazards. When analyzing the possible causes of an accident it is clear that road traffic can be viewed as a system consisting of three separate subsystems - road, vehicle, man. The man is the one who gets his senses informed of road conditions and of all the factors is the most important. Road is a factor that needs to be well designed and built to reduce the number of accidents. The vehicle as a means of transport is intended for the carriage of people and cargo and man is the one who manages it. The vehicle consists of elements that affect traffic safety and is divided into active and passive ones, ie those that reduce the possibility of accident and those that alleviate the consequences of traffic accidents.
