Abstract

Održavanje voznog parka proces je koji uključuje utvrđivanje potrebe za održavanjem, nabavom materijala ako ne postoji na skladištu, te na kraju, počinje postupak održavanja vozila. Podružnica Čistoća nastoji svoj vozni park održavati konstantno kako bi vozila uvijek bila u funkciji. Na taj način kad su vozila dostupna, organizacija rada i njeno izvršenje nije upitno. Organiziranim procesom održavanja voznog parka postiže se što kraće vrijeme u kvaru, a to je i glavni cilj održavanja. Unatoč organiziranom procesu postoji mogućnost za nastanak propusta i problema. Sve to može se riješiti kvalitetnom i obrazovanom radnom snagom koju Podružnica Čistoća ima u sklopu svojih radionica. Proučena je struktura, uloga i značaj održavanja te odvijanje tehničke eksploatacije. Na kraju su predložene mjere za poboljšanjem organizacije održavanja.

Abstract (english)

Fleet maintenance is a complex process that involves identifying maintenance needs, purchasing materials if it does not exist at the warehouse, and finally, the vehicles maintenance process begins. Subsidiary Čistoća strives to maintain its fleet constantly to keep the vehicles available. So when vehicles are available, the organization of work and its execution is not questionable. The organized fleet maintenance process is achieved as soon as possible, and this is also the main goal of maintenance. Despite the organized process, there is a possibility of failure and problems. All this can be solved by the quality and educated workforce provided by the Subsidiary Čistoća within its workshops. The structure, the role and the importance of maintenance and the technical exploitation have been studied. At the end are the proposed measures to improving the maintenance organization.
