Abstract

NFC tehnologija je bežična tehnologija koja omogućuje razmjenu podataka između uređaja koji podržavaju NFC tehnologiju približavanjem na nekoliko centimetara. HCE tehnologija je unaprijeđen način beskontaktnog plaćanja gdje se sigurnosni elementi (broj bankovnog računa, pin i sl.) potrebni za provedbu plaćanja ne nalaze unutar terminalnog uređaja već u „cloud-u“. NFC i HCE tehnologije služe kako bi se korisnicima omogućilo što jednostavnije, brže i sigurnije plaćanje usluga tijekom svakodnevnog života. Za potrebe ovog rada provedeno je istraživanje u kojem su ispitanici naveli s kojim uslugama nisu zadovoljni odnosno rješenjem plaćanja istih. Predloženo unaprjeđenje postojećih sustava s HCE tehnologijom omogućava pretraživanje usluga koje se mogu platiti HCE tehnologijom i tako provesti brzo i jednostavno plaćanje kako bi korisnici što manje gubili svoje slobodne vrijeme čekajući u redu za plaćanje.

Abstract (english)

NFC technology is a wireless technology that allows data exchange between devices that support NFC technology by approaching a few inches. HCE technology is improved mode of end-to-end payment where the security elements (bank account number, pin etc.) are not in the terminal but in the "cloud". NFC and HCE technologies serve to enable the user to make the simpler, faster and safer payment of services in their daily lives. For the purpose of this paper, a survey was conducted in which respondents stated with which services they are not satisfied and the settlement of their payments. The proposed enhancement of existing systems with HCE technology enables search of services that can be paid with HCE technology with fast and easy payment so that users would not lose their free time while waiting in long lines.
