Abstract

Primjena inovativnih ITS tehnologija u zračnim lukama može značajnije unaprijediti procese upravljanja putnicima te unaprijediti i ubrzati sigurnosne procedure. ITS tehnologije primjenjive su kod procesa dolaska putnika u zračnu luku, transfera i tranzita u zračnim lukama te procesa kontrole i prihvata putnika. U radu je na temelju provedenog terenskog istraživanja i analize prikupljenih podatka prikazati mogućnosti primjene inovativnih ITS tehnologija u zračnim lukama. Analiza uključuje tehnologije namijenjene putnicima i tehnologije namijenjene poboljšanju procesa prihvata i otpreme putnika u zračnim lukama.

Abstract (english)

The use of innovative ITS technologies at airports can significantly improve passenger management processing and improve and speed up security procedures. ITS technologies are applicable to the process of departure of passengers, transfer and transit at airports, and the process of security control and arrival of passengers at airport. The paper demonstrate the ability to apply innovative ITS technologies at the airport based on field study and analysis of the collected data. The analysis includes technology for passengers and technologies aimed to improve passenger handling processes at airports.
